School Leadership
ALEXANDRA MOLITOR
Ms. Molitor joined the Roosevelt/Kaleidoscope community back in 2011 as a 7th-grade Humanities teacher. This was her first teaching job after graduating from UW Madison. From Kaleidoscope, Ms. Molitor has served in the Dean of Students and Associate Principal roles in the Appleton Area School District at both the elementary and high school levels. She is extremely excited to make it back to her first “home,” Kaleidoscope Academy, as principal. Ms. Molitor not only upholds the vision and mission of Kaleidoscope Academy and its focus on student-centered, inquiry-based learning, but she also has a passion for equity and creating an environment where all people can feel welcome and achieve at high levels. She serves on numerous diversity and equity committees and task forces across the district and within the Appleton community to advance these practices and build stronger connections and relationships with others. When she’s not at school, Ms. Molitor loves spending time with her husband and young children. Together, they enjoy traveling around Wisconsin and spending time outdoors. Ms. Molitor also enjoys training and competing in triathlons and road races around the area, as well as doing yoga. Living only a block away from Kaleidoscope, Ms. Molitor and her family are extremely invested in the Erb Park neighborhood with Kaleidoscope Academy and Erb Park as the central focus.
