Annual Student Registration

The Appleton Area School District requires enrollment for new students (4K - grade 12) and annual registration for existing students (KG - grade 12).

Enrollment and annual registration for the upcoming school year begins in early July.

What do I need for Enrollment/Registration?

The parent/guardian should be prepared to complete an online application containing demographic information, emergency contact phone numbers, name and phone number of your child’s doctor, medical information, and language information.

After your child’s online application has been submitted, you may be asked to provide a birth certificate and immunization records to your student’s school.

Registration Events

Open House and New Parent Orientation
Our annual Open House usually occurs the last Thursday in August. Dates for the upcoming school year will be included in our summer newsletter. 

Meet Me in the Middle

Meet Me in the Middle is an orientation event for new students to come in and get a chance to become familiar with Kaleidoscope Academy. This is usually held the third Thursday in August from 8:30-11:30. The date for the upcoming school year will be included in summer school registration and the summer newsletter. 

Onsite Registration Events 
For your convenience, we will have a fully virtual registration each summer. More information will be mailed out to families in mid-July about how to access the online registration materials. School pictures will be taken during the school day in September.
