The Appleton Area School District requires enrollment for new students (4K - grade 12) and annual registration for existing students (KG - grade 12).
Enrollment and annual registration for the upcoming school year begins in early July.
What do I need for Enrollment/Registration?
The parent/guardian should be prepared to complete an online application containing demographic information, emergency contact phone numbers, name and phone number of your child’s doctor, medical information, and language information.
After your child’s online application has been submitted, you may be asked to provide a birth certificate and
immunization records to your student’s school.

Open House and New Parent Orientation
August 30 is our Open House from 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. with New Family Orientation starting at 5:00 p.m.
Meet Me in the Middle
Meet Me in the Middle is an orientation event for new students to come in and get a chance to become familiar with Kaleidoscope Academy. Join us on August 16, 2022 from 8:15 - 11:30 a.m.
Onsite Registration Events
For your convenience, we will have a fully virtual registration process this summer. More information will be mailed out to families in mid-July about how to access the online registration materials. School pictures will be taken during the school day in September.
If families wish to complete the online registration process at Kaleidoscope, they can stop into school anytime during the week of August 8-12 during the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. You can make an appointment outside of these days/times by calling the office at (920) 832-6294.
